Understanding Cooking Mindsets and Electric Pressure Cooker Usage in Nairobi

That study gave the 鈥渨hy鈥 behind cooking behavior: the motivations, tensions, personas, and the role of the EPC in the cooking week.
This quantitative study, based on 303 in-person surveys, was designed to validate those findings at scale, quantify EPC usage frequency, and rank the barriers holding people back from using it more.
